Hi All Ok here goes…… CYCLE-A-THON 2025 IS BACK….. But it’s bigger and better than before… This year CYCLE-A-THON will be renamed to FIT-A-THON…. Why, because as a studio we do so much more than just Indoor cycling… We are about everything health and fitness so it makes sense to offer and do more…. Did you know, that over 55% of BML clients don’t do indoor cycling with us! In my head…. That tells me that we can do bigger and better this year and make the event so much more inclusive for all! So this years event is set so everyone can attend ☺️ This year, you can CYCLE, BOOTCAMP, STRETCH or LIFT WEIGHTS……Now cyclists, don’t you worry…. There’s still 24 hours worth of cycling to be done just like last year, but you can now mix it up abit too 💪 There will be approx:24 Cycle sessions2 - 3 Bootcamps4 weights Classes2 stretch Classes This year we have Chosen 2 charities to split the fundraising efforts between: - Wendover Shed - supporting men’s mental health- Aylesbury Womens Aid - supporting women and children who have experience domestic abuse. When?StartFriday 21st March 20257pm FinishSaturday 22nd March 20257pm Money will be raised through several different ways - all donated to this page;1. paying for your time in a class/classes2. It’s £10 per hours slot…. So if you book to do 6 classes in total (in what ever order you want to do it in), you will then transfer £60 over to gift wheel….Eg, 6 x £10 = £60.Gift wheel will automatically split the money 50/50 between the 2 charities… Last year we raised over £5k - let’s aim higher this year!
