HYROX....In Fire Gear for Two Amazing Causes.

On December the 1st Myself and Tim will be completing the HYROX pairs event in London.
This event entails 8KM worth of running and 8 disciplines including sled pushes, pulls, and farmers carries to mention just a few.

We’re doing this to raise money for two incredible charities:

🔥 The Firefighters Charity - Supporting the health and well-being of firefighters and their families.
🧠 Mind - Helping people struggling with their mental health.

This challenge will be tough, but it’s nothing compared to the struggles many people face every day. That’s why we’re asking for your support.
