Walking from South East of England to the West Coast of Ireland

It seems that everyone knows someone badly affected by adverse mental health. My family has tragically lost two incredible people to suicide and we need to try and do whatever we can to raise awareness and hopefully help others who are suffering this often unseen illness.

To help raise much needed money and awareness, I will be walking from Alfriston in East Sussex to Labasheeda in County Clare, Ireland. I will be raising the money for the Charlie Waller Foundation and Mental Health Ireland. This will be happening in 2025, throughout June.

The walk will begin at my auntie Mel’s grave, who sadly took her own life in 2007, and finish at my cousin Aaron’s grave in Ireland, who sadly took his own life last year.

I wanted to do something challenging, but personally meaningful as well. This seemed like a fitting challenge for that.

Please check up on the people close to you - you never know who might be struggling.
