Celebration of Morag Browning's Life

Donald Browning

Sadly on Wednesday 18th January 2023 Morag Browning passed away after battling lung cancer for a year. Morag enjoyed 45 years of happy marriage to Peter and was a loving mother to Don. A 'Celebration of Morag's Life' will be held at Ellesmere College on Saturday 18th February, and the family have requested that instead of flowers, donations are made to charities they would have associated with Morag and her passions through life.

Any donations will be automatically split between the following Charities (if you feel strongly about donating to only one of the charities, you can do this by clicking on their logo above):
- Nightingale House Hospice: A local Wrexham charity who were supporting Morag in her final months, and who offer a great variety of services to the region. Through her life, Morag often supported raising funds for Nightingale House.
- Cancer Research UK: Continuing the fight against this awful disease, seeking cures and better treatments, as Morag fought her own diagnosis and treatment
- National Trust: Morag was keen supporter, and greatly enjoyed visiting their sites. National Trust supports the UK's heritage and local environment (such as woodland and coasts)
- Dog's Trust: Morag was a great lover of dogs, in particular the family Elkhounds and meeting new pooches.

As an accountant, Morag would definitely want to make sure that everyone makes the right tax choices so these charities get as much money as possible, so please make sure you select gift aid if you're a UK taxpayer!

Thank you for any donations, however small or large.
