Des Lally & Barry Jones from Brecon are walking from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle via Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris & Pen y Fan to Raise Funds & Awareness for Cancer Research UK, SSAFA, St David's Hospice Care & Brecon Corinthians AFC.
