On Friday 13th May 2022, my brother was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer at the age of 35! Following many scans, tests and a operation he began 10 weeks of intensive chemotherapy treatment at The Christie, Manchester.

31 days in hospital, 5 days in isolation due to Covid, 2 infections and 26 days of Chemo!!

An inspiration to me and my family, I wanted to challenge myself, so to mark Andy's 26 chemo treatments and 1 year since his diagnosis, I shall take on a 26 hour (none stop) Marathon of Fitness!

The whole team at The Christie were incredible from the medical professionals to the support staff during Andy's treatment, this is a big thank you to them!

My Second Charity I wish to raise money for is The Society For Mucopolysaccharide Diseases (The MPS Society). My Best friend's son, Freddie Goodwin has been diagnosed with this terminal illness that has no cure. Hopefully this will help raise awareness and funds to find a cure in the very near future!

I have always wanted to give back doing something I love, 'fitness' and I hope you will get behind me through sponsorship and by joining me as I take on this Marathon of Fitness!
