STARs raising money for charity ⭐

This year's STARs have divided into two teams, each supporting a local charity with the aim to make a significant impact. The charities we are raising money for:

Be The Change Youth Project works within Bolton to provide young people with a safe environment where they can grow, learn, and engage in meaningful activities. They offer a wide range of programmes from sports to arts, and crucial life guidance through their knife crime prevention and mentoring efforts. We're on a mission to raise the necessary funds to help them move into a new building, securing their future in our community.

Fortalice is a local charity providing essential services to individuals affected by domestic abuse and violence in Bolton and Bury. They operate multiple refuges, offering safety and new beginnings for many. Our contributions can help sustain and expand the invaluable support they provide.

We have planned a series of fundraising events running up to October, including bake sales, car boot sales, and silent auctions, where AOers can get involved across all sites.
