Worlds Toughest Row: 2025
3213
In December 2025, three novice rowers will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime: rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. The journey started in 2023, when we signed up for the World's Toughest Row and there's a long way still to go.
As part of this journey, we have already:
- Rowed for 24 hours
- Completed the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge
On our way across the Atlantic, we will be rowing in shifts of 2 hours on, 2 hours off - for 35 to 40 days. Any donation you are able to give means the world to us and will make the sleep deprivation, rogue waves, salt sores, claw hands (and so on...) worthwhile.
We are supporting The MSA Trust, Cure Parkinson's and Seb's Foundation which are three charities close to our hearts.
The MSA Trust: Sam's Uncle lives with MSA. It is a rare, progressive neurological condition with no cure and very limited treatment options.
Cure Parkinson's: we all know someone who has had Parkinson's. A neurological condition with no known cure, CP are committed to finding one.
Seb's Foundation: Henry played rugby with Seb, in who's memory the charity was founded. The foundation uses sport and education as a vehicle to remove barriers and support young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to reach their potential.
