Hello everyone !
Please help me and my Proserv & Synaptec colleagues to raise awareness around the importance of discussing mental health and accessing available support. We are doing this event to raise funds for two important UK mental health charities.
What are we doing ?
I am asking you to support and promote a team of hardy (and / or stubborn !) riders cycling 600 miles in six days from Aberdeen (Proserv House) to Great Yarmouth (Artemis House). We also do tackle an elevation of ~20,000 feet over the 6 days !
We are involving all Proserv sites globally and those in the UK not participating in the road ride will be undertaking a virtual cycling challenge in tandem with the road ride.
Please support me and the team in this important initiative - I know I will personally find it hard physically, and need to change my usual style of just rocking up on the day and 'doing it'.....I can normally pull that off for 1-2 days, but not all six !
