This is an exciting opportunity to do a 5k run/walk on one of Manchester Airport's runways in support of our amazing charity partners Maggie's and Medcare.

Maggie’s provides free expert practical and psychological support to people with cancer and their family and friends, following the ideas about cancer care originally laid out by Maggie Keswick Jencks. Built in the grounds of NHS cancer hospitals, Maggie’s are places with expert staff on hand to offer the support people need.

Medcare is a charity registered in the UK, dedicated to serve the children in Uganda, providing them with a lifeline in the face of extreme poverty. Poverty has resulted in poor living conditions, unclean water, malnutrition and neglect often resulting in sickness and a vulnerability in the face of many diseases, and sometimes death.
