Coaching for a Special Cause

Coaching for a Special Cause

Hello! My name is Emma and I’m a qualified ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach. I’m offering coaching in exchange for a charitable donation to a cause that’s massively close to my heart.

MY WHY

Every year, countless people suffer the debilitating and devastating effects of Dementia, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and Arthritis. Tragically, my lovely mum was one of them. Last year, she succumbed to the battle against these relentless illnesses, leaving a void in our lives that can never be filled. This is not just our story, but the story of many other families grappling with the profound impact of these conditions.

A force for love and kindness

Mum wasn’t just a statistic; she was a kind, loving and outgoing person who found joy in making friendships and helping others. Despite her long struggles with Arthritis, COPD and latterly, Dementia, she radiated fun, positivity and warmth. She was the embodiment of determination and resilience, inspiring my family and everyone around her.

An inspiration

During her battle with illness, mum displayed unparalleled determination and strength of character. Even in moments of extreme pain and difficulty, she refused to let her ailments define her. Her courage was inspirational and she was an extraordinary role model for my sister and I. She proved beyond doubt that the human spirit can triumph over adversity and in doing so, taught us the true meaning of resilience.

Mum's legacy: A grateful heart, a helping hand

To help show my heartfelt thanks, admiration and respect to those professionals who supported my mum and our family, and who also help those families facing similar battles, I ask for your support in paying it forward.

Your charitable donations will help the charities and organisations committed to supporting families affected by Dementia, COPD and Arthritis, as well as supporting research to find a much needed cure to these cruel illnesses.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

In my mum’s memory, I’m embarking on a mission to raise funds and awareness for three charities by offering coaching. Coaching can be incredibly powerful in helping people get the best out of life, themselves, and their relationships. I’m offering 30 coaching taster packages at £99 each, which comprise of:

• 15-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL VIA ZOOM & DEEP DIVE QUESTIONNAIRE: Answer any questions you have about coaching, help you work out what you want to focus on, and see how coaching can best support you.
• 60-MINUTE 1:1 COACHING SESSION VIA ZOOM: Bring one challenge we can unpick and tackle together. It could be challenges at work, at home, or life in general. Support to become unstuck, make a decision, manage a relationship better, or improve your wellbeing, to name but a few.
• 30-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP VIA ZOOM: Check in on your progress, look at what steps you can take next, and see what additional support you might need.

In exchange for a coaching taster package, all I’m asking for is £99, which will be split between my chosen charities. This is fantastic value for being coached by an ICF-qualified coach, less than half the typical charge. 100% of donations will go to the charities.

After you make your donation, I will be in touch via the email address you provide when making your donation to book in your 15-minute discovery session.

If you can’t commit to a coaching taster package at the moment but would still like to support my fundraising, then please click donate and any donation will be very gratefully received.

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Your support is the driving force behind my efforts. To celebrate my mum’s life, raise awareness about these illnesses and contribute to the wellbeing of others, I invite you to join me in making a stand against Dementia, COPD and Arthritis. Your donation will help enormously in making a lasting impact and hopefully help create a world where the effects of these conditions are minimised.

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart,
Emma x
