National 3 Peaks in 24 hours

On June the 13th I, alongside 20+ colleagues from tombola will be attempting to complete the national three peak challenge in 24 hours. This includes Ben Nevis (4,413 ft), Scafell Pike (3,209 ft) and Snowdon (3560 ft) and a very comfy mini bus to get us between each of our mountains. As many of you will know exercise has not been on my agenda since 2003 so this is the challenge to redress the last 18 years of punishing my body.
