Why I'm Running for CPSL Mind
Working at CPSL Mind, I get to see firsthand the incredible work we do every day to support mental health across our local community. Through my role in the Connect to Work service, I’ve learned so much about the real, positive impact targeted support has on people’s lives—helping individuals build confidence, overcome challenges, and navigate their path back into meaningful employment and personal well-being.
Running the Great Eastern Run is my way of giving back to an organization I'm proud to be a part of. Every donation helps ensure CPSL Mind can continue delivering these vital services to those who need them most. Thank you so much for your support!
