We’re climbing Mount Kilimanjaro!

What started as an opportunity for dads and daughters to share an unforgettable experience has grown into a shared challenge for 15 of us from six families who are all close friends. As we prepare for the climb this September, we're hoping to raise as much as we can for charities whose work makes a real difference to people's lives.

Rather than choosing just one charity, we have decided to split everything we raise equally between four organisations, with 100% of every donation going to our chosen charities. Each has a connection to our group, whether through personal experience or the impact of the work they do, and each provides vital support to people facing very different challenges.

Back Up Trust supports people affected by spinal cord injuries by providing practical services, mentoring and opportunities to rebuild confidence and regain independence after injury.

Back Up Tech supports those working behind the scenes in the live events, theatre, music touring and broadcast industries. It provides financial assistance, wellbeing support and practical help to those facing illness, injury or hardship.

James' Place offers free, life-saving treatment to men experiencing suicidal crisis, providing immediate support in a safe and non-clinical environment when it is needed most.

The Josh Davies Foundation is a charitable foundation set up in memory of Josh Davies. Josh tragically died while travelling with friends in 2025 a few days short of his 26th birthday. The foundation has been set up to support disadvantaged children and young people by giving them access to life changing opportunities to help them build resilience and confidence to shape their own futures.
