Three peaks with a twist

I'm excited to share that in August I'm going to be attempting my next challenge to raise awareness for DLD (Developmental Language Disorder)!

I'll be attempting to take on the UK national three peaks challenge but cycle in between the mountains! That's walking up and down each of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales then cycling in between them too 🚲


- Over 400 miles of cycling
- Hiking three mountains
- 10 days


1 in 14 people have DLD, but not many people have heard of it. It's a neurodivergence that impacts the ability to use and understand spoken language.


I'll also be raising money along the way for RADLD - Raising Awareness of Developmental Language Disorder - who do an amazing job raising awareness for DLD. The funds go via the charity NAPLIC, but all money raised will go to RADLD.
