Representing the UK. Supporting Our Heroes.

Hi, my name is Kayleigh, and I currently work as an Ambulance Technician with the Scottish Ambulance Service.
I am proud and honoured to have been selected to represent Team UK at the Hands Across the Sea Powerlifting Competition in Reno, Nevada, where Team UK will compete against Team USA.


This competition is about far more than powerlifting. It brings together people who are in the Armed Forces, veterans, and emergency service personnel from both countries, celebrating strength, resilience, camaraderie, and the shared commitment to serving others.


As someone who serves on the frontline,  this event holds a special meaning for me. It is an incredible privilege to represent not only my country but also the emergency services alongside so many inspiring individuals.

To mark this opportunity, I am raising money for two charities.

Help for Heroes- supporting serving personnel, veterans and their families.

The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC)  providing vital mental health, wellbeing and financial support to ambulance staff across the UK.


Every day, members of the Armed Forces and emergency services dedicate themselves to helping others, often in the most challenging circumstances. These charities ensure that when they need support themselves, someone is there for them.


If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, I would be incredibly grateful. Every penny raised will go directly to these two amazing charities. If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much.
