ADTREX 5000
18223
This August, a team of 14 ADTREX instructors, school leaders and supporters will be taking on the ADTREX 5000 Challenge.
Together, we aim to walk, run, cycle, paddle and swim a combined 5,000 kilometres during the month of August while raising funds to support children’s mental health and wellbeing across Kent and Medway.
At ADTREX, we work with children and young people every day through outdoor learning, adventure and personal development programmes. We see first-hand the challenges many young people face and understand how important good mental health and emotional wellbeing are in helping children thrive.
We also see the difference that the right support can make.
That’s why we’re taking on this challenge in support of The Young Lives Foundation, North Kent Mind and South Kent Mind - organisations that provide vital support to children and young people when they need it most.
Each member of the team has committed to completing at least 150 kilometres during August, whether that’s walking, running, cycling, paddling, swimming, or a combination of activities. Together, we’ll be tracking our progress and working towards our ambitious goal of 5,000 kilometres.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help support children and young people across our communities.
Thank you for supporting us as we go the distance for mental health.
Together, we can help children thrive.
