Ron Bird's Epic Multi Terrain SIX DAY 250 Mile Cycle Challenge

Ron Bird is undertaking an epic Multi Terrain 250 Mile Cycle challenge in SIX DAYS.

He has selected two great charities to support with fundraising whilst taking on this epic challenge.

A 6 day cycling adventure from North to South Nepal.

Nepal’s premier international gravel event – TRANS NEPAL.
Ron will be enduring testing conditions and terrain from North to South, China to India, in 400km of scintillating gravel and back country roads. Starting in the mystical Forbidden Kingdom of Upper Mustang, the route will drop from an altitude of 4000m to 100m over 6 action-packed days, through the deepest valley on earth.
