Himalayan ‘in memory’ trek

Namaste 🙏🏽 I’m doing a 15-day Himalayan trek to Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes. This was an adventure that Xavier and I had planned to do one day, and the anniversary of his death from a brain tumour feels like a fitting tribute to this ‘homme de la montagne’. My beloved dad’s death from prostate cancer earlier this year, and my mum’s ongoing struggle with dementia further underscored the importance of ‘doing, not just dreaming’ so here we go… I’m raising money for three charities whose work touches the three illnesses that have touched my life so dramatically in the past two years, and I thank you for considering giving a donation.
Dhanyabhad 🙏🏽
