In memory of two members at our local Crossfit gym, Lizzie Rice and Hannah Hughes that we sadly lost to cancer earlier this year. We are aiming to raise as much money as possible for the 2 charities close to the families hearts.
What is a WODathon?
The WODathon will consist of 24 workouts to be completed one an hour, on the hour for 24 hours. Starting on Saturday morning at 10am and finishing on Sunday morning at 10am. The ffirst workout will be specially designed for Lizzie, incorporating all of her favourite gym movements. We will end the 24hrs celebrating Hannah, again with a special WOD to celebrate her love for fitness.
The 24 workouts will include wight lifting, aerobic exercises and even some gymnastics skills! This will NOT be easy.
