AF Preedcrete Ben Nevis Challenge

On Saturday 11th July, a group of us from work took on a challenge a little outside our comfort zone — climbing Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK.
We did it for two charities that mean a great deal to us: the British Heart Foundation and St. Catherine’s Hospice. Both organisations support families during some of the toughest moments of their lives, and we want to give something back in honour of the people they’ve helped — including members of our own team, our families, and our wider community.
Ben Nevis is no small feat. It’s a long, steep, unpredictable climb, and for some of us was the biggest physical challenge we’ve ever taken on. But every step we took was fuelled by the knowledge that your support is helping two charities that provide care, comfort, research, and hope when it’s needed most.
