We are incredibly proud to share that 6 dedicated employeesfrom On Board Power, Phil Shaw, Simon Hinchliffe, Darren English, Kieran Gee,Kam Mahboob and Will Farrar are taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge in just24 hours – pushing themselves to the limit, both physically and mentally, allfor causes that are deeply personal to them. They are raising money for threeincredible charities: Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, Memory Lane Café,and Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Each of these charities provides vital care,compassion, and support to individuals and families during some of the mostchallenging times in life.
These are not just causes to us – they are close to thehearts of these lads and have touched their lives in meaningful ways.
On Board Power is extremely proud of these 6 amazingindividuals. Their determination, courage, and willingness to take on such atough challenge speaks volumes.
At some point in our lives, any one of us or someone we lovemay need the support these charities provide. This is our opportunity to givesomething back to the people and organisations who do so much for others everysingle day.
Climbing the highest peaks in United Kingdom within 24 hoursis no easy task – it will test their strength, endurance, and resilience. Butthey are doing it with purpose, heart, and a shared commitment to make adifference.

We aim to tackle loneliness and social isolation by providing support for people affected by dementia, social isolation, and other memory problems. We run fortnightly pop-up cafes in Sowerby Bridge and in Halifax where we offer a varied programme of games, crafts, information, support, cakes, and conversation. Our volunteer team run craft sessions, games sessions, and offer friendly conversation.
