Matthew and Fleur’s triathlon challenge… with a difference!

This year, we’ve decided to take on our biggest challenge yet by creating our own version of a triathlon:

🏃 26 miles running
🚴 205 miles cycling
🏊 33.3km swimming

Matthew is kicking things off in April with the London Marathon…

…before jumping on the bike to take on Chase the Sun in June, riding from one side of the UK to the other in a day.

Then it’s over to Fleur in September for an Ultraswim 33.3 (equivalent to the English channel), around the island of Skopelos in Greece.
We’re taking on this challenge to raise money for two causes that mean so much to us:

The Make Way Foundation – the charity that we founded in honour of our son Toby. In just over 2 years, we’ve funded 80 wheelchairs for kids, but we know that we are still barely scratching the surface and we are more determined than ever to meet as much of the need as we can.

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices - who cared for our family during the hardest time of our lives through Toby’s diagnosis and the final 5 weeks of his life. They continue to support us and honestly, we don’t know where we’d be without them.
