Hatzola Herts is a volunteer ambulance service with a mission to help the local community and save lives. With over 100 dedicated volunteers, we work alongside the NHS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The BES Hardship Fund is established as a community initiative delivering vital resources to individuals and families who face serious financial hardship. Due to a combination of our success in reaching people who are facing financial hardship and the need to provide increasing support to many, we have seen a significant rise in funding needs.

Ezra Umarpeh’s mission is to provide patient support services for those challenged by illness and disability, whether at home or in hospital. Our aim is to offer transitional care, with a focus on crisis support. The Charity provides culturally appropriate services aimed particularly at, but not exclusively to, members of the Jewish community.

The Nicky Alliance Centre is housed in a purpose built two storey building, adapted to the needs of disabled people. Over two hundred members, who live independently, attend the Centre several times a week.

Chai Cancer Care provides comprehensive, professional and expert services to any member of the Jewish community affected by cancer - patients, their families and friends.

Previously known as the JMC, we have changed our name to JCounselling to better convey the scope and nature of our work providing all members of a family with the professional and empathetic counselling that will empower them to overcome challenges and move forward toward a more positive future.
