We are raising money for Young Lives Vs Cancer and Beads of Courage. Both these charities mean a lot to us.
YLvC are a massive support to families dealing with cancer in children and young people, they help financially and have a whole host of knowledge to help support in whatever way the families need linking in with other charities where needed.
Beads of courage is a programme which gives children with cancer beads to recognise the different things they have to deal with, each bead represents a particular event - chemo, overnight stays, scans etc...Edward has hundreds of beads just from his first journey and has accumulated hundreds more over the last 10 months. They are just a beautiful way to show the journey these kids go on.
