Mental Health Charity Motorbike Ride Lands End to John O'Groats

Danny &amp; Shelley are taking on Land’s End to John O’Groats for mental health awareness<br><br>From 11th August to 15th August, Danny and Shelley will be riding from Land’s End in Cornwall to John O’Groats in Scotland to raise money and awareness for two incredible mental health charities: Andy’s Man Club and Mental Health Motorbike.<br><br>They will also be joined by John Peter who will be recording the whole journey and bike nights. <br><br>This ride means so much.<br>After the heartbreaking loss of Danny’s brother to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Danny and Shelley are making it their mission to help others who may be struggling, to encourage people to talk, and to remind anyone going through a difficult time that they are never alone.<br><br><br>They’ll be riding the length of the UK to raise awareness, start conversations, bring people together, and raise vital funds for two charities doing life-changing work.<br><br><br>Andy’s Man Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. Their mission is to end the stigma around men’s mental health and help men open up through the power of conversation.<br><br><br>#ITSOKAYTOTALK<br><br><br>Mental Health Motorbike is a national charity supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the motorbike community. They provide free support through a UK-wide network of trained mental health first aiders, helping bikers and their families talk, connect, and access support when they need it most.<br><br><br>Each evening during the ride, they’ll be hosting a motorbike meet at different locations, bringing the biking community together to show support, share stories, raise awareness, and stand side by side for those who need it.<br><br><br>There will also be amazing charity raffles at each location, with lucky winners taking home fantastic prizes from huge motorcycle brands as well as brilliant local companies who are supporting the cause.<br><br><br>Representatives from both charities will also be joining them at the events. They’ll be there for anyone who wants to talk, ask questions, learn more about the support available, or simply be around people who understand.
