This isn’t a single event. It’s four charity walks across four months, each organised by a different charity, with colleagues joining for different walks for their own reasons..... and not just short strolls, we will tackle 1 of the 3 peaks plus 3 half marathon walks over some challenging terrain!
So far 7 colleagues who work together at EG on the Move have teamed up to complete this challenge, and will be joined on two of the walks by team members of Forge Talent. Some are doing one walk. Some are doing two or three. A couple of us are doing all four! Everyone’s involved for their own reasons, whether that’s personal challenge, fitness, supporting a cause close to them, walking for a loved one, or simply wanting to be part of something positive.
Each walk supports a different cause: hospice care, multiple sclerosis, cancer support and dementia. Causes that affect colleagues, families, friends and communities in ways that are often invisible until they’re not.
All funds raised through this page will be split across the four charities, so every donation supports all of them.
Thank you for supporting, donating, encouraging, or quietly hoping everyone’s knees hold up!
