In memory of Eileen, I have chosen to fundraise for two charities close to both our hearts. Eileen will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and warmth, which touched everyone who knew her. Our chosen charities are Sarcoidosis UK and Diabetes UK. Sarcoidosis UK supports people living with sarcoidosis through research, advocacy, and practical help, while Diabetes UK funds vital research, provides education, and supports those affected by diabetes. All donations will be split evenly between them, so that Eileen’s legacy can continue to bring hope, support, and care to others. She is deeply missed and forever loved. Thank you for your support
