In loving memory of Brian or Nobby or Dad or Poppet or Grandad or Pop Pops or Mr Brian however you knew him.
We are raising money for two charities which helped us achieve dad's final wish of passing away at home (by his lovely patio) surrounded by his friends and family. As a family we would like to sincerely thanks both The Nottinghamshire Hospice. (RCN 509759) and The British Red Cross (RCN 220949). The British Red Cross provided the medical equipment Dad needed to be comfortable at home, whilst Nottinghamshire Hospice provided carers, who treated Dad with dignity and respect. They were professional and compassionate during their time with us and we would like to extend our thanks to all those who provided care for dad.
As a family we would like to raise what we can for the two charities and ask for your support should you wish to do so. Any money that we raise in memory of Dad will be divided equally between the two charities.
Thank you for your support, love the Cookies x x x
