The more I talk to people, the more I learn that almost everyone knows someone who has been, or is, affected by mental health. After losing two family members to suicide, I want to continue to make a change! This time I will be running 100km around the AMEX Stadium in order to raise as much money and awareness as possible for 2 amazing causes. The Charlie Waller Trust do amazing work in the mental health space, and when I have raised money for them in the past, they have been so amazing they even joined me for some of my previous challenges. I will also be raising money for the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation due to their amazing work with the community. I am a massive BHAFC fan and to be able to do something for the club as well as being able to do the event at the AMEX, will be really special. Please check up on the people close to you - you never know who might be struggling.
