The New Normal provides free non-judgemental peer support for adults facing life’s difficult moments, particularly bereavement. We provide 25-30 meetings per month for a diverse range of experiences, communities and identities.
The Charity was founded by friends who had bonded over the death of their fathers, who wanted to share and expand their conversations around grief with others experiencing loss.
Peer-to-peer support is a model that TNN has proudly embraced since its inception. We believe the best therapy is talking with others with similar life experiences.
All money raised from fundraising and donations goes directly back into providing free and accessible peer support meetings for people going through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Since our first Good Grief meeting in 2018, The New Normal have delivered more than 1,200 meetings, supporting more than a thousand individuals - that's over 100,000 minutes of free support!
