We're delighted to announce a new multi-year partnership with ABP Southampton Marathon Festival, with GiveWheel becoming the event's Official Fundraising Platform.

The partnership will see GiveWheel support fundraising across ABP Southampton Marathon Festival's events, helping thousands of participants raise money for the charities they care about through a modern, flexible fundraising experience.

As part of the partnership, we're also excited to launch the GiveWheel Charity Village at the event. The Charity Village will bring together participating charities in a dedicated space where they can meet runners and supporters, share their stories, showcase the impact of their work and engage directly with the event community throughout the festival weekend.

ABP Southampton Marathon Festival has become one of the South Coast's leading running events, welcoming runners of all abilities while raising significant funds for charities each year. We're incredibly excited to be working alongside their team to help grow the event's charitable impact even further.

A better fundraising experience

Through the partnership, participants will be able to:

• Support one or multiple charities from a single fundraising page
• Allow donors to choose which participating charity receives their donation through DonorLed
• Track fundraising progress and share updates throughout their journey
• Access a seamless, mobile-friendly fundraising experience
• Receive a personalised GiveReel at the end of their challenge, celebrating their fundraising impact

Supporting charity partners

Alongside enhancing the participant experience, GiveWheel will work closely with ABP Southampton Marathon Festival and its charity partners to provide centralised fundraising reporting, improved charity onboarding and greater visibility across fundraising performance.

The partnership also enables charities supporting the event to benefit from GiveWheel's flexible fundraising tools, whether they're managing charity place runners, own-place fundraisers or larger fundraising campaigns.

The new GiveWheel Charity Village will further strengthen the connection between charities and participants, providing a dedicated space for charities to meet runners, thank supporters, recruit volunteers, raise awareness of their work and celebrate the incredible fundraising taking place throughout the festival.
